THE CHRISTMAS SEASON HAS ARRIVED! Thank you so much to Kathy Rasmussen, Beth Bishop, Stefanie Rasmussen, and the Hearts-to-Hearts Ministry for filling our Church with festive cheer.

PASTOR GARY BEGINS A FOUR-PART SERMON SERIES today that examines the important announcements leading up to Christ’s birth.

THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER CHRISTMAS MINISTRY is in full swing! This ministry relies upon your outpouring of love and generosity during this busy season. If your heart feels impressed upon to brighten the holiday of someone in need, we encourage you to stop by the Angel booth in the lobby after the service today.

MEMBERSHIP REQUESTS (FIRST READING) have been made by David and Paula Lawrence wishing to join us from the Meridian SDA Church in Meridian, Idaho and by Dennis Tara wishing to join us from the Forest Lake SDA Church in Apopka, Florida. Ryan Quattlebaum wishes to transfer his membership from the Tierrasanta SDA Church to the Ukiah SDA Church in Ukiah, California.

THE SAN DIEGO FORUM will meet next Sabbath, December 9, at 9:30 am in the fellowship hall. Dr. Loren Seibold, Executive Editor of Adventist Today Magazine, will be reviewing this year’s Annual Council proceedings, which were held at the SDA World Headquarters. There will be no adult SS classes next Sabbath.

THE PATHFINDER’S UGLY SWEATER CHRISTMAS PARTY will be held on Saturday evening, December 16, at 5 pm in the fellowship hall. It will be potluck style so please bring a dish to share. A prize will be awarded for the ugliest Christmas sweater. All are invited so please bring your family and friends. Some fun surprises are in store!

YOUTH SABBATH SCHOOL TEACHER NEEDED. If you connect well with high schoolers and would like to volunteer to teach Youth Sabbath School once a month, please give the church office a call.

THE 2018 GOD’S CREATION CALENDARS make great gifts and are available for a donation of $10. This Pathfinder fundraiser supplies the Club with funds necessary for a successful year. Find a Pathfinder to take some of these beautiful calendars home with you today!

SEND US YOUR MERRY MAIL! If you are sending out a holiday card this year, we hope you will send one to the church for us to display in our foyer for our congregation to enjoy.
